Course Description:

The Diploma in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution provides comprehensive training in alternative dispute resolution methods, with a focus on arbitration. Participants will learn the principles, procedures, and practices of arbitration, as well as negotiation and mediation techniques for resolving conflicts effectively.
