Course Description:
All projects have risk aspects, and for effective project management, these risks must be given enough consideration. Indeed inability to recognize and manage project risks has led to disastrous consequences, which sometimes meant the cancellation of the projects and a total loss of the amount already invested. The course is designed to provide an effective approach to improve decision-making, reduce threats, and increase the probability of the project achieving its cost, time and other objectives. It will cover topics such as identifying, measuring, and analyzing project risk at scale; creating a project risk management plan; using the qualitative risk-analysis process to guide your risk management decisions; and more.
